CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS
To confirm your reservation a deposit must be made.
For Bookings made 6 months prior to the arrival date an advance payment of 25% of the total is required to secure the booking and the balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
For Bookings made 3 months prior to arrival an Advance payment of 50% of the total is required to secure the booking and the balance 50% must be paid 30 Days prior to arrival.
For Bookings made 30 days or less prior to arrival full payment is required to secure the booking.
The balance of your room charges is to be paid at the end of your stay. Please note Peak Season bookings must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be received in writing and will be processed on the day they are received by Ginger Palm Villa.
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival date will not incur any charge.
Cancellations received within 1 – 13 days of the date of arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the total cost.
Peak season bookings (from December 1st – January 7th) and Easter will be deemed as non-refundable.
Refunds will only be transferred to the same credit card or bank account which the payments were initially paid from.
No-shows and stays that are cut short will incur a 100% cancellation fee on the full room rate for the entire period booked.
Reservations date changes can be made free of charge. Up to 30 days prior to arrival, subject to availability.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Revolut payment methods.
We also accept bank transfers to be made in either AUD, GBP or AED.
Should a booking be cancelled, please be aware that the amount refunded will be the exact equivalent to the rupees received by the hotel at the time of making the deposit. Ginger Palm Villa will not be liable should there be a shortfall owing to currency fluctuations.
Covid 19
All guests must be fully Vaccinated and must have Insurance and Valid PCR certifications and Vaccination cards. These must be sent to Ginger Palm Villa prior to your arrival.
If the Booking has to be cancelled or the dates modified due to regulation changes from the Airlines or the Sri Lankan Government or the home Country of guests Ginger Palm Villa will consider, and be flexible with date changes where appropriate.
